By using .vaulted services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

.vaulted provides:

• Web3 domain search and availability checking
• Domain minting facilitation through Freename
• Educational content about blockchain domains
• Wallet address resolution services
• Premium domain marketplace information

Domain minting and ownership are processed through our partner, Freename, and recorded on the Base Chain blockchain.

• Perpetual Ownership: Once minted, .vaulted domains are owned forever with no renewal fees.
• Immutable Records: Blockchain records cannot be altered, deleted, or reversed.
• Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.
• No Recovery: Lost wallet access means lost domain access. We cannot recover domains.
• Transfer Rights: You may transfer domain ownership to another wallet address.

You agree NOT to use .vaulted domains for:

• Illegal activities or facilitating illegal transactions
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
• Trademark infringement or cybersquatting
• Distribution of malware or harmful content
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• One-Time Payment: Domain minting requires a single payment with no recurring fees.
• No Refunds: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
• Gas Fees: Blockchain gas/network fees are separate and non-refundable.

The .vaulted brand, logo, website content, and materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

When you register a domain, you own the domain NFT but not any rights to the ".vaulted" brand or trademark.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF OUR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, .VAULTED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets
• Loss of domain access due to lost wallet credentials
• Blockchain network failures or delays
• Third-party actions or service interruptions
• Cryptocurrency value fluctuations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless .vaulted, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration
• Class action waiver: You waive the right to participate in class actions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
